Week Commencing 18th October 2026

Monday

A wet start to the week saw no grass cutting and no using   ` Billy ` to pick up the continuous supply of needles, that keep coming from above !

So what could we do  , the car park trees and shrub's have grown since the last time we had a tidy up/

Ron was first into the garden .

Many wheelbarrows headed to the bonfire area.

Kevin and Ian tackled a dead tree deep in the jungle .

More wheel barrows filled and ready to go .

Its new gadget time , Kevin with a pole and scoop try to clear out the guttering on the platform side . Sort of works .

Over on platform 2 wood working continues as does the brick work at the front.

Wednesday

Tipping it Down all day , but there were 5 around . Jobs for the inside only .

Little Broadway at the northern end, is having its single track converted to 2 tracks to allow 2 trains to run at once . A short end piece extension will be needed to hold the extra track etc etc.

Chris is on the last lamp !

Locos around today were " 45110 " and the bubble car .
