2 days of very different weather
Monday
Bright Sunny day , Ian , Ron , Chris , Kevin and myself busied our selves with various jobs around the station .
New gadget time !
Kevin bought a gutter brush and cleaner , Ron put it together and used it to clean the car park side of the station building . worked well on that side but far too short for the platform side .
Where else would Chris be . another overgrown Buddleia gets the chop.
This time of year Billy comes out quite regularly , Ron's turn today on platform 1 .
Wednesday
Raining most of the day and so I thought nobody would turn out , wrong .Any way not much to do when wet . An errand down to Winchcombe on the Bubble car , Ian and Young Dave tagged along .
Kevin didn't mind the rain and planted up some troughs with winter plants , and spread around a large bag of spring bulbs which had been donated to us.
Chris stayed behind in the dry to top coat the lamps .
